Once we receive your form, we will contact you with pricing information. We will help you put together the right assortment of designs and quantities for your store.
Any claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of order. You must keep all your shipping materials until the claim is filed.
Shipping and handling charges for orders shipped within the continental USA will be 12% of the invoice. A handling fee of 7% will be charged if shipping on your own freight account number.
